Vishni is responsible for understanding our clients’ business needs, and designing and delivering solutions that are aligned with their business processes.
She leads and conducts workshops with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to capture current state and negotiate future state requirements, and works closely with our solutions delivery team to estimate, design, build and implement solutions to satisfy those requirements. When these solutions involve integrations with third-party offerings, Vishni liaises with their providers to deliver seamless outcomes with minimal change impact.
Internally, Vishni leads our team of business analysts, ensuring they work efficiently, maintain software development lifecycle standards, and employ best practice BA methodologies.
With 13 years’ industry experience, Vishni has a BSc (Hons) Information Systems with Business Management from University of Westminster, UK, and she’s a Certified Scrum Master.
