Simon is the heart and soul of our software development team. He leads our 25 developers as they maintain and improve our software solutions, providing them with guidance and training. He also designs and reviews the ongoing application architecture and security improvements to all Loanworks products.
With 20 years’ industry experience, Simon was previously employed by Macquarie Technology Group as a software architect for 8 years, and as development team lead for 5 years. Prior to that, he worked as an applications developer for FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australia) and Microsoft.
