Greg Phillips has over 20 years of experience working in banks, and working with banks. He is a supportive and highly motivated leader who challenges and coaches others to reach their full potential.
He has extensive experience of UK and Australian third party distribution, business and private banking, and commercial industries. He also possesses expertise in SaaS and building strategic relationships – supporting tier-1 and tier-2 banks implement process simplification, large scale transformation, go-to-market strategies and ongoing governance.
Greg’s skills and professional certifications cover credit risk, AML, data analytics, cyber risk, governance and strategy, and he has a proven track record in sales & business leadership and change management.
His passion for success, both professionally and personally, is demonstrated by his ability to build high-performing teams. He is a former world ranked (top 25) international swimmer and national champion (UK and USA) and currently mentors a small group of young athletes. Greg is also an FA-accredited football coach.
He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor Arts (BA) from University of Hawaii. Greg also has Advanced Diplomas in Management and Finance from the Institute of Strategic Management.
