In his role as Loanworks’ credit manager, Eric reviews the creditworthiness of individual and business borrowers, particularly for more complex and sophisticated transactions. His goal is to determine the risk involved in lending or extending credit, while also ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
With about 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, Eric has worked in various credit roles, including credit manager, mortgage lending officer, sales officer, with a number of mutuals and banks.
He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, a Diploma of Financial Services (Lending Stream) and a Diploma in Business (Management and Accounting).
